Full payment is required at the time of registration to secure your spot.

Our workshops are very small (rarely more than 6 participants) and they fill on a first-come, first-served basis.

Cancellations made more than 7 days before the workshop will receive a full refund to your original form of payment or a credit toward a future workshop or private lesson.

Cancellations made within 7 days of the workshop are non-refundable but may be transferable to another participant or date (subject to availability).

In the rare event that a workshop is canceled by Murder Mittens Pottery, participants will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

Please email, text or call to let us know if you won’t be able to attend a workshop or need to reschedule a custom workshop, even if it’s last minute.

We’ll do our best to accommodate you, but alternate workshops are not guaranteed.

Closed-toe shoes and comfortable clothing are recommended. Wear clothes that you don’t mind getting clay on, as pottery can be messy.

Workshops are designed for participants aged 8+ unless otherwise specified.

Students under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a participating adult.

Completed pieces are usually ready for pickup 4-6 weeks after a workshop ends. This allows time for thorough drying, firing, glazing, a second firing and preparing your pieces to go home.

Participants will be notified when their items are ready. Shipping can be arranged for an additional fee.
